What you're buying

Access to an online educational course and examination. Passing the exam produces a certificate of completion. This is an educational credential only: it is not a license, permit, or government authorization, and it is not issued by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the Alabama ABC Board or the State of Alabama. Course content is a training aid, not legal advice — consult a licensed attorney for legal questions.

Purchases & renewals

Each purchase grants one certification credit (or, for bundles, seat codes each worth one credit). A credit is consumed when you pass the exam and a certificate is issued. Certificates are valid for one year; renewal requires a new purchase. Exam retakes before passing are unlimited and free. Prices are shown at checkout and may change.

Refunds

If you purchased and have not yet passed the exam, email support@hemptraining.org within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once a certificate has been issued, or a seat code redeemed, that credit is not refundable. Unused seat codes in a bundle are refundable pro-rata within 14 days.

Accounts

One account per trainee; certificates are issued in the account holder's name and must reflect their real identity. We may revoke certificates obtained by fraud (e.g., someone else taking the exam).

Liability

We work to keep content accurate and current as Alabama law changes, but we make no warranty that completion prevents citations, penalties, or enforcement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
