Privacy Policy

What we collect: your name, email, optional business name, training progress, exam scores, and certificates. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never receive or store card numbers.

How we use it: to run the training, issue and verify certificates, and let your employer (if they bought your seat) see completion status. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Certificate verification: anyone with your certificate ID can view the holder name, business, score, and validity dates — that's the point of verification. Keep the ID as private as you keep the certificate.

Email: we send transactional email only (password resets, receipts, expiration reminders).

Deletion: email support@hemptraining.org to delete your account. Issued certificates remain verifiable unless you ask us to revoke them.
